Below you will find just a brief explanation of some of the highlights of the buying process. At our first meeting I provide to the potential client a bound book with complete details of the buying process.

Steps In Buying A Home.
1. Meet with me to discuss your needs
2. Get pre-approved from a reputable lender
3. Fill out home criteria sheet
4. Look for homes
5. Write Purchase Agreement
6. Closing
Agency Agreements.
At our first meeting you will be given an agency disclosure and a buyer representation form to be signed. The forms will be fully explained.
Value Of A Home Inspection.
It is highly recommended that you do a "Private Home Inspection" It is a protection for you as a buyer. Detailed explanations are given as the purchase agreement is written. I can provide names to you.
Mortgage Information.
After the first meeting, I will recommend that you seek a loan officer. I do have loan officers that I work very closely with and can provide you with names and phone numbers, or if you have someone you want to work with, that is also fine.
